I recently had to substantially upgrade my computer and software for my consulting contract work. As a contractor working to deadlines for my clients, a smooth transition was important to me. Val Hutanu supported me in transferring a large library of files and correspondence to my new computer and software overnight, ensuring all the necessary programs were fully operational for my next day at work. It took me a little while to get used to my new software and I had some glitches with a beta version of Office 2010 that I was trying out. Val was very responsive when I had difficulties, working remotely in a very efficient manner to solve problems so that my downtime was minimal. I highly recommend Val Hutanu's services. I am not a computer newbie and yet I couldn't figure out how to solve my PC and Mac problem. I wrote to him and he quickly responded. He then came over and solved my computer problem although it was a Saturday. He was patient and even explained what he was doing so I understood in case of a future problem.
